SAMS can completely combine and replace all of your current manual and spreadsheet lists into one easily manageable database.

SAMS can be accessed from any internet enabled PC using your own unique high security login account.

No messy and time consuming paper forms to fill in and fax, no emails and no telephone calls.

You never need to speak to any of our trained staff unless you want to.

Queries are dealt with online by our support tickets procedure. Type in your query or problem and one of our support team staff will action your request within 30 minutes (90% of support tickets are processed within the first 10 minutes) therefore saving you money on telephone calls and fax charges.

A unique barcode number identifies each file, box, or individual document to allow tracking, online searching and integrity checking.
Search and retrieve records, files or boxes in seconds with a click of your mouse.


Search for your records by barcode number or our advanced search facility.
Use any keyword or combination of words from the file description to pinpoint an individual record.
Search results from millions of records are provided within seconds.

Once identified, the file or box can be retrieved with a couple of clicks of your mouse (the system will have identified you and your location by your unique login details).

Access to the SAMS system is controlled by setting up different types of user accounts;
View – Viewing records only.
General - for retrievals.
Administrator – for performing administrative tasks such as creating new user accounts.

Maintain a Document Retention Policy online therefore controlling storage costs automatically.

Control how long a document is kept in storage by assigning different file types which have associated retention periods.

For example, you may wish to keep all account files for a period of 7 years and all contracts for 10 years.

Deliveries direct to your desk for higher security.


Many of our existing clients appreciate the value of our unique delivery direct to the desk service. With special arrangements, our drivers have security clearance to deliver and collect files and boxes direct to and from the user. This makes for a much quicker service, as the delivery is not made to a third party (security desk or postroom). It also makes it a more secure service as the items never leave our hands from door to door.

Standard next day delivery and urgent same day delivery services.


Deliveries and collections are made on a next day standard service, usually before 3.00pm.

For more urgent requirements, same day deliveries can be selected on screen. A courier charge is applied to these deliveries.

For a faster solution, we can send you a digital copy of the documents by email to enable you to proceed with your business until the actual documents arrive.

Cost analysis reporting.


Charges are invoiced on a monthly basis for larger organisations.
